DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Staff Program Manager and contribute to global scientific advancement. In this strategic leadership role, you'll guide complex, multi-disciplinary programs across our organization, from concept through commercialization. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Working closely with R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other key stakeholders, you'll oversee program execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate successful product launches. You'll establish and maintain program governance, manage budgets and resources, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your strategic approach and leadership will be essential in delivering breakthrough technologies and solutions that advance scientific discovery.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in program management in complex technical environments
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Business Administration or related technical field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from conception through delivery
• Experience managing complex budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Strong technical acumen with demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex concepts
• Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
