Medtronic Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health (NMPH) deliver innovative, evidence-based therapies that help restore function, relieve chronic conditions, and improve quality of life. As a Senior Strategic Clinical Program Manager / Clinical Scientist, you will play a critical role in defining and executing clinical evidence strategies that shape product development, regulatory pathways, reimbursement, and therapy adoption. This highly visible role is ideal for a clinical strategy leader who thrives at the intersection of science, evidence generation, and business impact, with a proven track record of identifying evidence gaps, designing and executing clinical studies, interpreting results, and translating clinical data into actionable insights that influence regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial decision-making.

This position may be based in Fridley, Minnesota (preferred), Lafayette, Colorado, or Santa Clara, California. Candidates are expected to work from one of these Medtronic locations and partner closely with cross-functional teams across the Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health portfolio.

Lead Clinical Evidence Strategy

  • Develop integrated clinical evidence strategies aligned with therapy, product, and business objectives.

  • Identify evidence gaps and create plans to generate data that support regulatory, reimbursement, and market adoption goals.

  • Partner with key opinion leaders, investigators, and scientific advisors to validate evidence strategies.

  • Support scientific publications, presentations, and external evidence dissemination activities.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical strategy, clinical development, evidence generation, or related healthcare field, OR

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$166,400.00 - $249,600.00

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
