What you'll do
- Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead global procurement teams to deliver cost savings, supply continuity, supplier quality and operational efficiency.

- Lead the development and implementation of procurement processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage large procurement budgets ($300M+) and drive achievement of financial targets, including CE/VE savings and working capital improvements.
- Act as a mentor and coach to procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
