Sr. Supervisor, Facilities Operations, U.S. Central (R6095)

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Facilities to lead safe, reliable, and consistent Facilities Operations across an assigned region. This role directly supervises Facilities Coordinators, manages regional service delivery, leads qualifying non-capital facilities projects, and serves as the primary Facilities partner to site and business leadership. 

This is a hands-on people-leadership role. The successful candidate will move comfortably between coaching employees, resolving urgent facility issues, coordinating vendors, managing budgets and commitments, leading workplace improvements, communicating with employees, and using operating data to improve performance. 

The Senior Supervisor executes within global and regional standards while applying sound judgment to local conditions. The role is accountable for regional implementation and escalation; enterprise strategy, policy, and major capital delivery remain with the appropriate functional owners
