- Conduct comprehensive testing and failure analysis to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of automotive components.
- Execute test procedures, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage testing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality guidelines.
- Need to be familiar with automotive component testing standards like USCAR, GMW, IEC, VW etc.
- Familiar in Electrical tests like IR, Derating, Temperature raise, Dielectric strength, current cycling etc.
- Hands on experience in working with Environmental chambers like climate chamber, thermal shock, oven etc.
- Experience in UTM, pressure vacuum test etc.

Roles and Responsibilities
