Sr. Unified Comms Engineer - Federal Customer

(On-Site 5 Days per week, Chantilly, VA - TS/SCI Required) 

The Unified Communications Engineer supports Dell Mission Operations by engineering, sustaining, and improving voice and collaboration capabilities used for day-to-day mission execution. This role is responsible for administration, troubleshooting, integration, and lifecycle support of communications platforms and endpoints in a secure environment. The ideal candidate brings strong UC fundamentals, customer-facing problem solving, and the ability to maintain dependable collaboration services under mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

· Administer and support voice, telephony, conferencing, or collaboration platforms

· Troubleshoot service issues involving call quality, endpoints, connectivity, or platform configuration

· Support implementation, upgrades, and integration of communications solutions

· Maintain documentation, diagrams, operating procedures, and support records

· Coordinate with network, systems, and field teams on platform dependencies and changes

· Support user issues, service requests, and operational continuity activities

· Contribute to testing, validation, and service improvement efforts
