What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day full cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries, monthly accruals, and reconciling data from various sources and platforms to the general ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile bank statements and corporate credit cards monthly
  • Collaborate with the accounting/finance team and cross-functional teams to maintain, improve, and support accounting processes
  • Assist with preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, including flux analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
  • Provide any additional support as needed

 We're looking for a Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and help keep our financial processes accurate and efficient. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation who's eager to grow their skills, work cross-functionally, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative finance team.

Requirements
