What you'll do
- Support day-to-day full cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries, monthly accruals, and reconciling data from various sources and platforms to the general ledger to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and corporate credit cards monthly
- Collaborate with the accounting/finance team and cross-functional teams to maintain, improve, and support accounting processes
- Assist with preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, including flux analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
- Provide any additional support as needed

- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in accounting or finance departments
- Solid understanding of US GAAP principles, internal controls, and month-end close processes
