  • Reports regularly to the Program Supervisor Attorney on the provision of services and outreach to the community
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This is a hybrid position with at least 3 days in the assigned center

Position Summary
Reporting to the Supervisor Attorney, the Staff Attorney will provide consultations on immigration-related issues and application assistance at the immigration center. The Staff Attorney will primarily focus on providing legal assistance in the areas of naturalization and family based immigration law.

Duties and Responsibilities:
