Staff Engineer (Electrical Design/Power Supply & System/SME)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical design projects for power supply and system development.
• Provide subject matter expertise in electrical design and power supply systems.
• Design and develop power supply solutions for various applications.
• Create detailed electrical design specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate design performance.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in power supply systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in electrical design, specifically in power supply systems.
• Strong expertise in power electronics, analog design, and circuit analysis.
• Proficient in electrical design software tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage design projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
