The successful candidate in this position will lead a wide range of Engineering support for customers in Automated test equipment market.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical support for customers during system development through component usage, specifications, circuit and layout design support.  
• Collaborate with Product Line for various types of problem solving and program management by utilizing global communication skills. 
• Demand Creation, new requirement investigation, and related technical support for standard signal chain components. 
• Arrangement and facilitation for customer events when Product Line team visits Japan and its local customers. 
• 顧客の設計開発期間における製品の用法や回路規模での課題解決等の技術サポート 
• 海外製品開発チームとの連携を伴う課題解決に際する活動の計画管理全般 
• 汎用アナログ信号処理製品全般の提案活動並びに技術要求の調査 
• 海外開発部隊の訪日に際する活動計画及び管理、顧客訪問に際する引率 

Requirements: 

• 大学卒以上 
• 日常的なメール・会話での連絡が十分可能であり、オンライン電話会議等で１：１での意思疎通と計画合意が問題��く行える日本語力、および英語力 
• 半導体アナログ製品のフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアとして5年以上の就業経験・知識を有すること 
• 一般的な実験用計測機器を用いて技術課題の解決に際するIC/回路特性評価ならびに顧客回答の作成が可能 
• 基本的なアナログ回路部品を応用可能： オペアンプ・コンバータ・スイッチ・リファレンス・クロック・各種インターフェース・センサ全般 
• 半導体テストシステム関連のシステム設計経験
• 半導体テストシステム関連の回路設計経験
• 半導体テストシステムに対するASICの設計・開発もしくはサポートの経験

Preferred skills and experiences: 

• 産業計測機器の設計・開発経験があり回路技術に実務を通した経験を有する 
• 高速信号処理分野での回路設計・課題対応の経験を有する 
• 英語圏の地域への短期滞在等、言語・文化の異なるチームでの就業経験を有する 
• これまでに新卒社員や若手技術者への教育や補助に携わったことがあり育成に意欲もある 
• 汎用アナログ回路以外の特���製品の技術経験もある、または習得意欲がある：セキュリティ・プロセッサ・光学技術・ソフトウェア/アルゴリズム 
• 複数人の英語話者が参加する会議環境でも問題提起、意見、ファシリテーションが出来る英語力があれば優遇します 。
