What you'll do
- Creating customer facing collaterals including design tools, simulation models, presentations, application notes, demos, and technical articles.
- Working with internal and external customers through system integration, circuit design, optimization, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Developing and conducting product/application technical training and demonstrations for field personnel and customers.
- Investigating customers’ applications and learning new applications in different markets.
- Owning reference designs and supporting products evaluation and debug.

- Demonstrated Expertise in the design and analysis of switching power converters — including buck, boost, flyback, and LLC topologies — with emphasis on efficiency optimization, loop stability, and transient performance.
- Demonstrated Expertise with Control-loop design and compensation techniques such as Bode plot interpretation, gain/phase margin tuning, and crossover frequency optimization for stable and robust converter operation.
- Demonstrated Expertise of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles, including gate-driver design, current-sense networks, protection circuitry, and feedback signal conditioning.
- Demonstrated Expertise in PCB schematic and layout review for power-stage designs, focusing on high di/dt current loops, ground-return management, and EMI reduction practices.
- Demonstrated Expertise in EMI/EMC compliance knowledge, including mitigation techniques such as RC snubbers, input/output filters, shielding, and understanding of CISPR 11/22/25 or equivalent standards.
- Demonstrated Expertise using electrical laboratory instrumentation, such as oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power analyzers, frequency-response analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and thermal measurement tools, for validation and debugging of converter performance.
- Demonstrated Expertise with Circuit simulation and modeling using SPICE, SIMPLIS, or equivalent platforms for pre-layout analysis and post-silicon correlation.
- Demonstrated Expertise troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of power-supply and analog system failures, including component stress, thermal issues, and control-loop instability.
- Demonstrated Expertise in technical documentation and communication, including preparation of application notes, design guides, evaluation board manuals, and internal test reports.

Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronic Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline and four (4) years of experience in the proffered job or a related occupation.
Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section):
