  • Deliver recruitment services in accordance with established company policies, client service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.

Talent Attraction and Candidate Sourcing

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, local market activities, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain active talent pools for recurring and high-demand positions.
  • Proactively identify passive candidates and engage talent pipelines to support current and future client requirements.

Client and Sales Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Department and Account Managers to fully understand client workforce requirements, hiring challenges, and business objectives.
  • Participate in job briefing meetings and provide labour market insights, talent availability data, salary benchmarking, and recruitment recommendations.
  • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Assessment and Selection

  • Conduct screening interviews, competency-based assessments, reference checks, and suitability evaluations.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, skills, work eligibility, and cultural fit.
  • Present high-quality candidate profiles and recommendations to clients.

Temporary Workforce Management

  • Support the recruitment and placement of temporary workers whilst ensuring compliance with local labour laws and ETT regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation, right-to-work verification, employment contracts, and assignment readiness.
  • Monitor temporary worker performance, attendance, assignment completion, and retention.

Stakeholder Communication and Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, temporary workers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve recruitment challenges proactively and professionally.

Regional and Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate and support recruitment initiatives across multiple regions when required.
  • Share candidate networks, market knowledge, and recruitment best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate in training, process improvement initiatives, and recruitment projects.
