About the Role
Polymarket is making a high-stakes bet on crypto markets right now, and this role owns the full product surface for crypto within the US app — 15-minute markets, hourly markets, weekly markets, strike markets, up/down markets across assets. You'll be setting the roadmap, coordinating execution, and making the calls that determine whether we win or lose market share against Kalshi and every other competitor in this space.
This is a senior IC role with real ownership. The mandate is clear: grow Polymarket's share of crypto markets, starting with the US app. Crypto markets are technically complex — with real market structure considerations, liquidity dynamics, and resolution mechanisms that matter — but the audience we're building for is retail. What You'll Do

Base salary range: $250,000 to $400,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
