Staff Product Manager - Search

JOB SUMMARY: 

As a Staff Product Manager, you'll work closely with senior product peers to shape a dynamic product strategy that nurtures consumer, business, and product goals. You will design engaging customer experiences for emerging markets, creating smooth and captivating journeys that weave entertainment and payments seamlessly into everyday life. Drawing on key insights, you will inspire the development of innovative features while promoting a collaborative and inclusive team environment for exceptional streaming experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to generate actionable insights and determine ROI

• Translate abstract problem statements into clear requirements by assessing market trends and shifts

• Influence roadmaps within and outside the functional area to enhance the overall ecosystem

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to roadmaps and prioritization beyond the immediate domain

• Show agility in responding to external signals, enabling swift roadmap adjustments, and ensuring transparent communication of impacts

• Take ownership of at least one key KPI that directly aligns with Product Objectives and Key Results

• Develop deep expertise in at least one functional area, driving strategic advancements through innovation and transformation

• Actively participate in team-building initiatives, including contributing to hiring processes

• Confidently tackle ambiguous problems with minimal supervision, taking decisive action across the organization

• Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment, open to feedback, while mentoring junior PMs to success and effectively influencing without formal authority

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in product management.
