What you'll do

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions within Primoris Energy Services, including but not limited to craft, skilled trades, project management, engineering, and administrative roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, industry contacts, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
