Contexte
L’équipe « NFC Software», basée à Caen, a pour responsabilité de fournir les logiciels (firmware et middleware) nécessaires au fonctionnement des composants NFC conçus par NXP.
Ces composants, qui équipent une majorité des téléphones mobiles et objets connectés et leur permettent de communiquer (transactions bancaires, gestion d’accès, échange de données sécurisés), sont diffusés à très grande échelle. Afin de répondre efficacement à ces besoins, des outils de validation sont développés en interne.
Nous recherchons dans ce domaine un ou une stagiaire de fin d’étude pour une durée de 6 mois.
Vos missions
Le(a) stagiaire réalisera une ou plusieurs des missions suivantes :
Conception d’outils à base d’IA pour l’analyse de défauts et la validation de code embarqué
Extension logicielle du framework de test avec ces outils (plugins)
Analyse des besoins, proposition de solutions techniques
Automatisation et couplage à une plateforme de test automatique (Jenkins)

Context
The NFC Software team, based in Caen, is responsible for delivering the software (firmware and middleware) required for the operation of the NFC components designed by NXP.
These components, which equip the majority of mobile phones and connected devices, enable secure communication for applications such as banking transactions, access management, and secure data exchange. They are deployed on a very large scale.
To efficiently support these activities, validation tools are developed internally.
Within this context, we are looking for a final-year intern for a 6-month internship.
Your Responsibilities
The intern will be involved in one or more of the following activities:
Designing AI-based tools for defect analysis and embedded software validation
Extending the test framework with these tools through software plugins
Analyzing requirements and proposing technical solutions
Automating processes and integrating solutions with an automated testing platform (Jenkins)
Your Profile
Education
Master's degree (MSc) or final year of an Engineering School program (equivalent to Master's level) in Computer Science, Industrial Computing, or a related field.
Desired Skills
Artificial Intelligence development (OpenCode, LLMs, embedding models, RAG, MCP, etc.)
Software development (Python, C, databases/SQL)
Good command of English and ability to work in an international environment
A strong passion for software development and the ability to quickly understand and learn new technical topics are key factors for success in this internship.
