What you'll do
- Generate Home Loan leads and disbursements through the bank’s existing customer base across branches in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with branch banking, relationship managers, and internal teams to identify potential customers.
- Ensure conversion of leads into disbursements as per defined productivity norms.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.

State Head – Home Loan and Suvidha LAP, will drive the acquisition and growth of the Home Loan portfolio by sourcing business through the bank’s existing customer base. - Business Acquisition
- Generate Home Loan leads and disbursements through the bank’s existing customer base across branches in the assigned area.

- Ensure conversion of leads into disbursements as per defined productivity norms.
- Team Management & Training
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
