What you'll do
- Participate in project bidding and FEED stage, complete static equipment technical scheme design, equipment type selection, strength calculation and technical document compilation, including pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters and skid-mounted static equipment.
- Develop equipment data sheets, technical specifications and procurement technical requirements, conduct technical bid evaluation, and carry out professional technical docking and confirmation with vendors.
- Supervise factory manufacturing process, organize FAT inspection, verify equipment manufacturing quality, dimensional accuracy and technical compliance, and resolve factory technical deviations and non-conformities.
- Provide full-process on-site technical support for equipment hoisting, installation, positioning, welding inspection and SAT commissioning, handle on-site technical problems, design changes and technical clarification work.
- Coordinate with process, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation and construction teams, follow up client and third-party review opinions, and complete professional document sorting, delivery and archiving.
