  • Supervise and support the station cleaning team.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor completion.
  • Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.
  • Carry out cleaning duties when required.
  • Conduct routine quality and safety inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH procedures.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, PPE and equipment.
  • Report hazards, defects and maintenance issues.
  • Train and support new team members.
  • Complete shift records and provide effective handovers.
  • Liaise with station management and operational teams.
  • Promote excellent teamwork and customer service.

  • Flexible to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Train Station Cleaner to join one of our well-respected and successful clients in East Croydon This job offers full time hours, overtime opportunities and an immediate start. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic working conditions and facilities.

Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence is mandatory for this role.

What’s on offer:

  • Rate of Pay: £15.03 per hour.
  • Shift Times: 06:00 to 14:00 (1h unpaid break)
  • Shift Pattern: Sunday to Friday
  • Location: Please see below under shifts/location.
  • Weekly Pay (every Friday).
  • Full training provided.
  • Free Rail Card.
  • Temp to Perm (performance-based)
  • ASAP Start!
