STEM Educator / Trainer

Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of STEM Educator / Trainer in Trichy, Chennai, Pudukkottai, and Karaikal. Our client is a reputed organization in the Education Technology / STEM Education sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Conduct STEM training sessions for school and college students. Deliver hands-on learning experiences in Robotics, Electronics, and IoT. Demonstrate STEM concepts through practical experiments and projects. Manage classroom activities and maintain student engagement. Guide students during workshops, exhibitions, and competitions. Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and technical demonstrations. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Support educational outreach programs and STEM events. Required Skills Embedded Systems Knowledge – Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded applications. Basic Electronics Knowledge – Ability to explain electronic components and circuits. Robotics & IoT Fundamentals – Practical knowledge of robotics and connected devices. Classroom Management – Ability to manage students effectively during sessions. Presentation & Training Skills – Capability to deliver engaging STEM lessons. Preferred Skills Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar development platforms. Project-based learning methodology. STEM workshop coordination and event participation. Work Experience Requirements Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with backgrounds in STEM education, robotics training, electronics, or IoT training will be preferred. Typical experience range: 0–3 years in teaching, training, or technical education environments. Education Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, Robotics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields.
