Job Description

About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, inspiring a high-performing team, and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales and operational performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving business objectives and creating an environment where both team members and customers thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Health & Safety
