Being a Store Manager with AG Warehouse:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Cohuna. You’ll lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in our agricultural merchandise store, both in-store and through on-farm engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a diverse team of staff, including an Agronomist, Delivery Driver and Retail Sales Assistants
• Oversee store operations and the fertiliser depot
• Manage store profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting
• Coordinate deliveries, supplier relationships, and store presentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with local farmers
• Support seasonal needs and product knowledge across seed, fertiliser, and rural merchandise

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in rural retail store management
• Experience in the agribusiness sector and knowledge of Seeds
• Fertiliser knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong financial, sales, and operational acumen
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office
