Key Responsibilities:
1. Replenishment Planning & Coordination
Communicate daily with store managers to understand stock movement, fast sellers, and urgent needs.
Prepare replenishment plans based on store sell-through reports and product availability in the warehouse.
Work closely with the central merchandising or buying team to align on restock priorities.
2. Order Preparation
Generate internal replenishment orders as per store requirements.
Coordinate with Dispatch Executives for accurate picking, packing, and labeling of store shipments.
Ensure replenishment parcels are sorted by store and properly invoiced.
3. Inventory Management
Maintain records of all stock transfers to stores.
Track bin locations of fast movers to ensure quicker processing.
Flag low warehouse stock for top sellers to intake or procurement teams.
4. Delivery & Tracking
Coordinate with transport partners or internal logistics for on-time deliveries to stores.
Share tracking details or dispatch updates with store teams.
Resolve any issues related to stock shortages, delays, or damages in transit.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily replenishment logs and update status in master sheets.
Share weekly reports with the central team highlighting:
Store-wise stock sent
Delays, if any
Pending replenishments
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in warehouse/store coordination, preferably in retail or fashion.
Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple store requirements simultaneously.
Understanding of sneaker or streetwear retail operations is a plus.
