Job Description

As a key member of our branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Completing local deliveries throughout Wangaratta and surrounding areas
• Maintaining organised warehouse operations and stock replenishment
• Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control
• Providing exceptional customer service both in branch and during deliveries
• Assisting customers with general enquiries and order collection
• Supporting the branch team to achieve operational and customer service goals
• Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment

Qualifications

We're seeking someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties
• Organised and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
• A genuine team player who enjoys supporting others
• Willing to learn and develop new skills

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties

Desirable but Not Essential

• Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience
• Delivery driving experience
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience within automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, agricultural, industrial or trade industries
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of truck and trailer parts
