We are looking for a Stores Person who is responsible for implementing goods received, tracking inventory, and storing goods within the allocated facilities. Duties to include supporting VAA within a fast-paced environment, and strictly complying with Part 145, EASA, and CAA regulations

Role Responsibilities:

• Booking items into PrimeFlgihts inventory system (Quantum) following our booking in procedure

• Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.

• Stock Checking inventory (Monthly)

• A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs.

• Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards

• Co-ordinate internal consumable repairs/soft furnishing, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.

• Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when item needed.

• Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.

• Daily shuttle runs to off-site facility.
  

What were looking for?

• Full UK Driving License

• Strong Excel skills

• Tracking the Movement of stock and managing the storage

• Stores Experience essential, preferably within the aviation Industry

• Delivery Driving Experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles

• Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritise.

• Good Teamwork skills

• Good PC knowledge

• Be Able to work under pressure.
