We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Merchandiser to join our Trade Partners team. In this role, you will work closely with a Brand Representative to implement engaging product displays, maintain high merchandising standards, and build strong relationships with retail partners. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, showcasing products, and creating impactful in-store experiences.

Responsibilities will include:   

·        Work in partnership with the Brand Representative to support sales performance in the territory 

·        Creating, building, and maintaining quality Point of Sale displays in store

·        Talking to stores about additional promotional space

·        Report tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted)
• Availability every Tuesday and Wednesday A MUST
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores
• Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously, with a positive attitude!
