In this role, you’ll focus on accelerating impact across intelligent operations, connected and autonomous systems, applied AI, and next‑generation employee and customer experiences, delivered at truly global scale.

 

Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI Transformation journey.  This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.  

 

As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist, you will take the lead in translating the customer’s business priorities into a viable technology strategy and roadmap encompassing Microsoft’s portfolio  of solutions.

 

In collaboration with an Enterprise Account Executive, you will orchestrate the Microsoft and partner team to develop technology leadership and excellence to your customers.  You will bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers to securely adopt and embrace AI technologies. With a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers’ business objectives and achieving account growth targets, this role will give you the opportunity to combine your technology and industry knowledge to deliver on secure AI solutions to accelerate your customers’ AI vision and to ultimately become their trusted technology advisor. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 14+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
4+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management.
5+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.


Strategic Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
