• Surface opportunities for organic growth (new scope, modernization expansions, capability repositioning) within existing programs and accounts.

Operational Excellence Enablement

• Provide advisory support on improving delivery governance, risk awareness, performance management, and cross‑program alignment across the business area.
• Promote consistent operational frameworks, customer engagement discipline, and high-quality execution aligned with GDIT’s Program Delivery standards.

• Champion value‑creating behaviors such as customer intimacy, mission alignment, delivery excellence, and innovation.

Enterprise Alignment & Strategic Integration

• Connect business area priorities to enterprise initiatives, Centers of Excellence (COEs), growth campaigns, digital accelerators, and technology investments.
• Serve as the integrator across the business area, ensuring strategy, growth, and delivery teams operate with shared awareness and coordinated execution.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable guidance for the business area and ensure alignment to mission campaigns and strategic growth vectors.
