What you'll do

  • Contribute to initiatives supporting the digital personal lending lifecycle, from customer acquisition and application through approval, disbursement, and servicing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Support improvements to digital lending processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
  • Analyze business and customer requirements to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on the development and enhancement of fintech solutions.
