  • Progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of the business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.
  • Phase 1 - Warehouse and Customer Service: A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.
  • Phase 2 – Customer Relationships and Procurement: A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.
  • Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales: A focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.
  • Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations: A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.

Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between. 

Additional duties will include: 

Phase 1 -Warehouse and Customer Service  

  •  A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.  

Phase 2 – Customer Relationships and Procurement 

  • A focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors, and providing world class service.  

Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales  

  • A focus on business development and sourcing sales, expanding the customer base of the business and creating strong customer partnerships.  

Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations 

  • A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.

Additional Information

Salary Range - 40,000 - 50,000 
Plus profit sharing eligibility
