The Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Execution is a newly created role responsible for driving the execution of the team's cross-LOB strategic initiatives. This role picks up where opportunity identification and business case development leave off: coordinating stakeholders, managing initiative plans, and guiding execution across multiple lines of business so that approved opportunities are actually delivered.
This person will act as a cross-LOB connector and process facilitator, helping business leaders simplify and execute their top strategic priorities, and will work closely with the Future Business Operations Strategy Director to keep initiatives aligned with the team's overall portfolio and priorities.
