About the Role

Responsible for managing Partnership Distribution (PD) budgeting and expense governance, developing tactical campaigns, sales incentive and compensation programs, and overseeing the planning and execution of PD events, incentive trips, merchandising, and logistics. Drives business growth and channel performance through effective campaign activation, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence while ensuring optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

• Lead and oversee all Partnership Distribution (PD) tactical campaigns, sales incentive and compensation programs, events, incentive trips, merchandise, and logistics activities to support business growth and strategic objectives.
• Manage PD budget planning, utilization, and campaign investment effectiveness to ensure optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, and compliance with approved budgets.
• Drive business performance through the design and implementation of impactful, cost-effective tactical campaigns and compensation schemes that enhance sales productivity and channel engagement.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of PD events, recognition programs, incentive trips, and customer engagement initiatives through effective stakeholder collaboration, project management, and vendor governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Strategic Planning Lead and Campaign & Promotion Executive to deliver operational excellence, high-quality support, and effective execution of PD initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including PD functions, AIA departments, business partners, and vendors, to support PD's business strategy, growth ambitions, and customer experience objectives.
