As a Strategic Project Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, parts, supplies, and services in line with company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring competitive pricing, optimal delivery terms, and strong supplier relationships, while supporting operational continuity and cost efficiency across the business.

About the Job:

• Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.

• Analyse supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.

• Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.

• Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.

About You:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in large multinational companies; automotive industry experience is considered a strong plus.

• Background in production companies is mandatory, ideally with exposure to R&D‑related activities.

• Project Management experience is a plus.

• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian language is advantage.

The salary range for this position is 2700 EUR gross - 3000 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
