Strategic Sourcing Manager

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Data Center Power & Control Team. This position reports to Anaheim, CA on a hybrid basis. This is a high-impact, hands-on sourcing leadership role for a strategic professional who excels at building supplier partnerships, translating sourcing strategy into action, and delivering measurable Adjusted Operating Income (AOI) impact across the business. This role operates closely with the business, influences outcomes directly, and drives results through strong commercial ownership, thoughtful negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration, serving as a key business partner to Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Planning to help shape the future of the supply base, support growth objectives, and advance operational excellence across the business.
