  • Support business reviews and long-term strategic planning preparation, providing leadership with regular updates through dashboards and KPIs

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a corporate strategy / development

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help shape and execute Johnson Controls’ strategic direction by partnering closely with Business Lines and senior leadership. You will support high-impact initiatives and complex strategic projects that drive sustainable growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and create long-term value.

You will lead the development of proprietary quantitative and qualitative insights, transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive sustainable and profitable organic and inorganic growth. Through rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving, you will identify opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and support critical business decisions that accelerate growth and strengthen long-term competitive advantage.

You will work closely with product, commercial, and finance teams to define JCI’s long-term vision, shape portfolio strategy, and identify investments aimed at creating shareholder value.

You will bring energy, act as a self-starter, and relentlessly pursue value creation for Johnson Controls. You will be embedded within the EMEA regional organization and work closely with both the Corporate Strategy and Commercial Operations teams.
