WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• In our projects, you will support the senior management of renowned clients in tackling strategic challenges in the mobility and automotive sectors right from the start – taking on increasing responsibility and working as part of our interdisciplinary teams – covering everything from digital business models to AI-, data- and software-driven transformation initiatives.

• At the same time, you’ll also be applying your existing experience to projects in other sectors and developing solutions that drive digital transformation across a wide range of industries.

• Your work has a lasting impact on strategic decisions and the direction of entire organisations.

Your role with us

• You will take responsibility for challenging work packages and support the project management team in steering (sub-)projects.

• You will analyse markets, customer trends, processes and business models, and use these insights to formulate well-founded strategic recommendations.

• Together with experienced colleagues, you will develop digital business strategies, operational transformation approaches and data- and technology-based solutions.

• You will lead your first independent projects, engage confidently with stakeholders and present results with assurance at management level.

• You always factor in technology, data and AI: you identify potential, assess maturity levels and use these insights to develop viable concepts for our clients.

• You design workshops, prepare decision-making frameworks and contribute to the further development of our methods, tools and thought leadership approaches.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Your background

• A degree with above-average grades – ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT.

• At least 2–4 years’ relevant professional experience at an established management consultancy, in the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company.

• A passion for digital business models, new technologies and organisational transformation – and an interest in how technology and business model strategy interact.

Your skills

You have in-depth experience in several of the following areas:

• Development of digital business models and corporate strategies

• Change and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational development

• Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures

• Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models

• IT transformation, CIO advisory and technology architectures at a conceptual level

• Future sales and aftersales, digital customer experiences and platform-based approaches

• Applications of AI to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact

In addition, you will bring the following:

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Confident manner, persuasive communication skills and presentation skills – in German and English

• High levels of self-motivation, a willingness to learn and the ability to take on responsibility in a dynamic consultancy environment.
