The Stroke/Sepsis Coordinator role encompasses functions such as:  practice, consultation, education, research, and program leadership and administration.  The coordinator collaborates with Nursing Leaders, Medical and Nursing Staff, the Multidisciplinary Health Care Team, and has responsibility for coordination of the stroke and sepsis programs. May participate in multi-disciplinary committees. Role will provide support to the Quality Program through monitoring education, audit and reporting of quality indicators as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
