Job Purpose

Collaborate with team members on research and development projects involving new resin development as well as in-sourcing and technical transfers of new product to AkzoNobel's Huron manufacturing facility.  Provide technical guidance to manufacturing facility for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for batches that do not meet specifications, advising on process and raw material changes.

Rewards and Benefits

The salary range for these skills is $93,000.00 - $100,000.00 based upon experience.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future. 

 

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus target of 7.5%, based on individual and company performance.
