We're recruiting an experienced Structural Lead to join a major data centre build programme valued at £10Bn. This is a senior site-based role where you'll lead structural delivery across CSA works, drive programme performance, and partner closely with client/design teams to ensure quality, safety, and delivery certainty.

The Role (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead the set-up and delivery of structural activities on a live project, ensuring best-practice reporting and controls are in place from day one
• Manage plans for costs, budgets, labour, commissioning procedures, and overall project performance
• Maintain continuous engagement with client and design stakeholders to drive outcomes
• Own client satisfaction across scope, cost, and schedule
• Champion H&S culture, behaviours, and compliance across the team
• Ensure quality targets are met and exceeded across the structural package

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Degree-qualified in a relevant construction / engineering discipline
• Proven experience in a similar role delivering CSA / structural elements within a contracting environment
• Strong stakeholder management (client, consultants, supply chain)
• Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership capability
• Confident running meetings, prioritising workloads, and leading by example
• Competent with MS Word & Excel

Non‑Negotiables

• Data Centre experience is essential (candidates must have delivered on data centre projects)
• Full UK Right to Work required - no visa sponsorship / no sponsorship assistance available
