Stanley Consultants is currently looking for a Structural Section Manager.

Job Summary:

This is more than a technical leadership position; it's an opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team within an employee-owned firm that genuinely puts people first. This position supports business development and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects such as: Data Center and AC/DC Conversion Stations, among others.

This position is responsible for the supervision of the Structural Section reporting to the Structural Department Manager. Provides both technical and administrative supervision to the section to ensure the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets of the section are met in accordance with applicable professional standards, design control procedures, company procedures and technical design guides.
