Structure and Processes Project Manager

Job description: The project manager contributes independently and results-oriented to the continued development of business operations. You analyze the current structure, propose improvements, and ensure transferable results that can be permanently applied by the line organization. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, but without hierarchical integration. Tasks and responsibilities: Performing analyses based on baseline measurement, 100-day analysis, interviews and document study Drawing up a clear picture of the current structure, roles, processes and responsibilities Formulating concrete and substantiated proposals for optimising structure, processes and role division Supporting decision-making through complete and substantiated proposals Coordinating design proposals with internal stakeholders to create support Documenting designs and improvements so that they are transferable and can be secured Requirements Job requirements: Completed higher professional education, preferably business administration, process management or similar At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project manager within a business change process At least 2 years of experience in a business operations department or at a (related) government organization At least 2 years of experience as responsible for changes in organizational structure and/or process management At least 4 years of experience with (parts of) development processes for a business operations department Prerequisites: Extensive experience with projects in the public sector Demonstrable experience with Works Council and HR processes Experience with complex change assignments within business operations Competencies: Managing group Motivate Networks Organizational sensitivity Planning and organizing Result-oriented Self-development
