How you’ll make an impact 

As a student employee in Human Resources (HR), you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of HR activities while developing a foundational understanding of how HR functions across FCC. You'll work closely with HR professionals, employees and leaders, contributing to processes that support the employee experience from hire to departure. 

You'll be part of the team that delivers HR services and support across the organization. Working alongside HR Partners and other HR team members, you'll help ensure employees and leaders receive accurate, timely and professional support while learning how HR programs and processes contribute to organizational success.
