We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Problem Management Intern to support the IT Service Management (ITSM) team in identifying, tracking, and analyzing IT issues. That includes understanding and addressing the root cause of IT Major Incidents as well as recurring incidents.
Summarize meeting notes and update problem records’ status. Support Problem Management team in conducing root cause analysis of incidents.
Gather and organize information on recent incidents, which will help the team analyze trends and prioritize issues more effectively.
Monitor the progress of open tickets and assist with corrective actions.
Create basic visual reports or dashboards using ServiceNow, Excel or Performance Analytics.
You are currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.
Strong written and verbal English skills ( B2-C1).
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and (preferably) ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
Readiness to work only from our office in Katowice.
Gain hands-on experience with ITIL-based practices, ServiceNow, reporting and operational process management in a global IT organization.
Develop practical knowledge of Problem Management and learn how IT teams identify, analize and prevent recurring issues.
Strengthen your analytical, communication and reporting skills through meaningful day-to-day responsibilities.
Flexible working hours that fit your academic schedule (16 or 24 hours a week).
Internship contract for 6 months.
