Dive into the exciting world of talent engagement! Join our dynamic PhD Programs and Recruiting team as a Student Researcher Program Manager and serve as the strategic owner of the Student Researcher Program (SRP) across EMEA.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between the external academic world and Google’s most advanced research teams, including DeepMind and Google Research. You will move beyond execution to architect the future of the program, from influencing demand with senior technical leadership to designing high-impact engagement strategies for the world’s most interesting PhD talent. You will represent the program at premier global research conferences and lead the strategy for community building, ensuring that Student Researchers have a experience through curated events, mentorship, and an internal PhD Council.
