What you'll bring

• Master or bachelor degree in IT related or management related major

• Full-time student who will be graduated in 2028（Mandatory Requirement）

• Bring your curiosity and foundational understanding of business processes, documentation, and analysis techniques. If you can support process mapping, research industry practices, and learn structured consulting methodologies, you will contribute effectively.

• Skills used in this role include business process analysis, customer value proposition, design thinking, AI adoption capability, AI output quality assurance, AI-assisted automation and prototyping, context engineering, agentic AI day-to-day practice, effective communication, collaboration, complex problem solving, learning agility, creative thinking.

• Effective English communication and collaboration skills, effective Japanese skills will be an advantage.

What you'll build

You will join a structured skill-led journey including onboarding, training & learning, rotation, mentoring and coaching, covering both AI capabilities and core professional skills.

You will support consulting engagements by assisting with process documentation, basic analysis, and preparation of customer materials.

You will learn how customer visions are translated into business process recommendations. To work with organizations to drive transformative change by translating customer visions into viable solutions and advancing industry-leading business practices.

About STAR Program (Student Training and Rotation Program):

As part of SAP Next Gen, STAR Program offers all students within SAP to work towards their university degree while gaining valuable business experiences at the same time. Our students are assigned to rotate through all business areas, based on their subjects and business demands.

We run our STAR Program in Shanghai, Dalian, Chengdu and Beijing in China with different job profiles such as application engineer, consultant, etc. Partnering with top universities and collaborating closely with a variety of business functions, we have built a strong early talent pipeline for SAP China.
