Job Description

As a Studio Operator, you will be the heartbeat of our live sports content, ensuring every match, race, and event is displayed perfectly for our customers across the globe.

The Studio team in Bogotá manages the building, monitoring, and maintenance of sports content across all company domains. This team ensures that content displayed to customers is of high quality, locally relevant and delivered with precision.

You will identify potential display and live streaming issues on the live site, monitor our presence across various media, and ensuring content remains compliant and current. About the role involves maintaining a high-quality experience for users worldwide, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is full-time role involve working any 5 days from 7 in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

 

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Keen interest in sports and the company sportsbook product.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and data processing software.
• Aptitude for identifying and resolving technical issues.

Additional Information

• Create and manage the display of country-specific content on mobile and desktop platforms. 
• Monitor our presence across a range of media to ensure content is compliant and current.
• Ensure that Live Streaming services provide customers with accurate feeds of popular sporting events.
• Send internal and external communications to guarantee effective content delivery.
• Combine Live Stream schedules from various third parties onto one internal platform.
• Setup over 750.000 racing and sports Live Stream.
• Audit the Live Streaming of various sports for quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot live event issues as they arise.
