- Act as the subject matter expert for Niche, Pronto, and related operational systems.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement system solutions in collaboration with ICT teams and third-party suppliers.
- Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, upgrade testing, and functionality testing.
- Facilitate user groups and stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and prioritise future developments.
- Provide specialist guidance and advice to operational and senior stakeholders.
- Produce detailed reports, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making.
- Support wider business change and transformation projects across the organisation.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and operational departments.
