Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantitative Faculty to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and developing course content for students preparing for competitive exams, particularly in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
We are specifically looking for a faculty member with experience in teaching competitive exams such as IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT. The candidate should have a strong background in preparing students for these exams.
Location - Varanasi
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and doubt-clearing sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Prepare and update course content, practice questions, and mock tests aligned with the latest exam patterns (e.g., CAT, GMAT, GRE, IPMAT).
- Design engaging lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance student learning and performance.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and mentor students to improve outcomes.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and orientation sessions on quantitative skills and exam strategies.
- Participate in curriculum development and standardization of content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, question patterns, and changes in competitive exams.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong foundation in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Experience in teaching competitive exams (CAT, IPMAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.).
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex quantitative concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with exam patterns and question trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Quantitative faculty for competitive exams.
- Passion for mentoring students and improving academic outcomes.
