- Support competitive proposals and project development activities involving substation engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Support the preparation and review of substation design packages, including physical layouts, material specifications, and construction specifications.
- Review protection and control designs and related electrical studies and reports.
- Develop and review project cost and schedule estimates.
- Evaluate engineering, procurement, and construction alternatives to identify solutions that balance cost, safety, reliability, constructability, schedule, and other project requirements.
- Provide technical support for new and existing substation assets during development, construction, and operations.
- Support the management of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
