Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: October 30, 2026
Work set up: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Clearance required: BPSS required and SC eligibility (application in progress acceptable)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Recruitment to deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment solutions across complex HR transformation programmes. This role will focus on leading implementations, advising clients on best practices, and delivering scalable recruitment solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations across enterprise environments.
• Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Recruitment solutions to align with business requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment best practices and product capabilities.
• Drive business process improvements through innovative HR technology solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Deliver client workshops, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted advisory services.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the SAP practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and HR business processes.
• Experience leading global HR transformation and implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering workshops and client presentations.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone is desirable.
• Ability to support business development and pre-sales initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional project teams.
